What does it mean when a gamertag is inactive, no online time played and instead of having the original xbox gamerpic it has a question mark? What does this mean?!

Pretty sure it means its a Zune account.

I'm like 90% sure nobody knows exactly when a tag gets reset. People have claimed they know but I call bullshit.
