Given Rep

Both of my suggestions this morning have probably already been submitted, but I just would like to let this one air.

Showing all given rep, would be easier then going back through and having to remember who you have repped.

Reasons I think this should be implemented:
- Help in finding rep abuse
- Help in scam reports
- Checking how many you have given in a day, since there is a limit
- Easily remove any rep that you don't want to be held accountable for

This was enabled in the past, but was removed in the reset back in the start of 2013. I've suggested it numerous times since, and gotten only the odd addition to the top of the reputation page showing everyone. I'd like to see this added back.

Plus, you can't get banned for rep4rep.

I miss the Vouch system (before it was glitched).
This was only for transactions and deals which made it a ton better.
