Seriously, this forum hasn't gone forward or backwards for over a year now, just stays the same which is inactive, this guy has massive ambition, posts constantly and with the highest quality even when no one else is posting?

I say @"Glen" you should look into making him admin as I believe he will actually take this forum forward.

I asked you on November 10th for simple knowledge about what is expected of staff and you still haven't given me an answer. You said "give me a sec", so I waited. More than 5 hours later I asked if you "forgot about me" and you said you were in a raid on WoW, then left for dinner, and that you were in a raid again.

So it is now December 5th, and I still haven't received any information or knowledge from you.

If you aren't willing to teach, share knowledge/information, and explain things then I don't really think you should critique.

I want to learn and I would like to be able to become better. The thing is, I can not do that alone. This is why I asked you for help. And if you would be so generous, I would still appreciate it greatly.

Teaching someone to do nothing but moderate the forum is not at the top of my priority list. The forum activity is getting lower and lower (includes posts and members). In terms of staff, there is little to nothing of the stuff you can do.

Honestly, I think you are taking Staff/Admin ranks a little too serious. Like I said before, this is a small and tight forum.

This forum can't get any bigger if Glen doesn't do anything. I can't do anything. Oxide can't do anything. RAF can't do anything. It's all up to Glen. Now that he is back, I hope to see changes.

The work Staff/Admins depend on how much activity the forum has. As of now, that is low.

What do you do as an admin? Since you've been re-promoted again I haven't seen any change.

I simply tagged you asking for you to "show me the ropes" of being an admin. That wasn't trying to start anything negative or bad. I know for a fact that you are more experienced than me when it comes to being an admin. This is why I was asking you for help.

If anything you should be honored or at the very least take that as a compliment?
