I just resized the GIF as shown in my avatar however it has some horrible looking white outlines, how can I prevent these from appearing?

That's because it does not have a background, try adding a background that fits the forum color and see if it still has the white line.

Of course man, hmu with the file in pm. I'm not sure I can fix it though, my brother is the one that will probably know but he is at school atm.
