I already purchased the game off the dashboard though. I'm not going to buy it again.

Well I will quote this from the Dashboard and xbox.com. "Xbox Live Rewards Members who purchase Xbox 360's ON DEMAND Version between 11/5/13 and 11/18/13. Will receive a Token for FreeFall Dynamic Bonus Map."

You should be getting an email on the 24th of November with your FreeFall Map code.
