Yer doing an all nighter had gone through my mind.
But I wasnt sure how it would effect me the day after. Im down to my last bottle of Mountain Dew.
Last time I did an all nighter, I was about 12 and the day after I fell asleep while playing split screen Halo game with a tonne of mates.
Ive done some research and apparently a warm room helps you go into a deep sleep quicker - Heater off.
Fresh air helps you wake up, so ive opened my window - Its -5*C outside so its rather nippy.
Ive also moved my phone, iPad and alarm clock to the far side of the room, so that when they do go off I have to get out of bed.
Another problem is being at Uni, noise everywhere!
Ok so I spent 1 hour trying to get to sleep.
Got bored and then spent the time working out the average time I spend awake during the day and then worked out how many hours I had been awake since yesterday morning. I worked out that I should be going to bed around 11am :/
So its now 8am, I am kinda tired but im guessing thats because ive spent a good view hours sat in the dark trying to sleep xD
Got Uni in 3 hours, so im going to get a shower, catch up on work and be prepared for the rest of the day
