Getting Scammers banned from xbox?

I had this on my mind for a while, im gonna try to explain it as best as i can, ok i got scammed a 1600 and a 3month a while back from a kid that was selling the tag "Atlantic" right? Well i want payback, Since Microsoft is banning people on xbox live from this site that are selling their tags, And i post that im selling the tag "Atlantic" (Witch i dont have) And they see the thread and bann him from xbox live and i get payback? Is that allowed here im just wondering. Its like Scamming a scammer And everyone hates scammers right?
 
wont work because you wont have proof you own the gamertag
 
I've seen people here get banned from xbox with out providing any proof!
 
You can just call in about the gamertag like 10 times and get the account locked......

Thanks, I'm just trying to prove a point that it's very easy to provide fake proof....

Well assuming I was going to actually scam or trick MS into thinking I had the tag I would actually get all that info right...



But yeah you have valid points
 
WIZARD is a pro @ fake proofs, he gets gamer pic gamerscore even the games played all right you could never tell :S.

Also just call in and say it was being sold and shit, I have gotten Diamond and Ceramic banned because a kid tried to scam me like that

Yeah i know the gamerpic isn't the right size, but i couldn't find the actual pic. Anyways, it's easy to fake proof, proof is nothing, microsoft has other ways to prove who actually has the tag.

Just say PM me for proof, the people will know the Motto, not to PM you because you're just gonna try and get the tag banned.
