Call of Duty GB Help

So I just played my first ever GB match on call of duty and went 2-6 on SnD Freight.

Has anyone got any tips on how to adjust to GB from public as I am looking to move up a level.

Before going straight into playing GBs go onto the gambattles forum and run 8s and grind 8s until you feel like you've reached the level where you can start competing in GBs.

Yeah thanks man, I'm waiting on a scuf to arrive and also may be ordering Astro A40's, however I just can't keep my composure when it comes to playing competitively.
 
Practice makes perfect. As @Wimp said, grind 8s until you're more familiar on how to play competitively. Also what I done when I first started playing gb was I'd play on one account which I got more losses than wins on until I got better, then made a new one to start fresh once I got the hang of things.

I'm just going to reset my stats when I think I'm ready, however thanks a lot for your feedback.
