Gamertag question

I swapped my tag a little over a month ago, and people still can't search it? What's up with that?

happened to a tag I had, still not search able. I don't know how to fix it either, let me know if you find a solution.

@kyle told me about this for one of my tags that it happened to and i would assume @trilogy knows more than i do on the matter

It's probably not your fault, MS has server problems on the daily.

Verify the tag through email. Make sure there's not unique key to it. For example, it may me an accent on the a like á. Contact Xbox, they're pretty quick in customer live chat. otherwise
