Gamertag Call-in Help?

If I have a gamertag on a account with a lot of consoles and I swap it onto a fresh silver, can anyone still call it in?

Also, I will not be swapping my Experiment gamertag you randies.

I plan on swapping a private one, doubt anyone knows it.
I got the OG owner to sell, kinda happy about this!

He downloaded it on a lot of consoles, maybe he plays at friends houses or owns multiple consoles, IDK.​

But it's hard to call in an account if you don't know the GT or the email or the billing.. soooo
