Gamertag Call-in Help?

If I have a gamertag on a account with a lot of consoles and I swap it onto a fresh silver, can anyone still call it in?

Also, I will not be swapping my Experiment gamertag you randies.

I plan on swapping a private one, doubt anyone knows it.
I got the OG owner to sell, kinda happy about this!

He downloaded it on a lot of consoles, maybe he plays at friends houses or owns multiple consoles, IDK.​
 
Ask the young GT GOD : @FeaR he knows everything.
 
If he is the OG and he calls it in, it could be placed back on the account it was on and given back to him, or it could get banned or both. Also the chance nothing could happen.

He would call in the OG account and say you swapped the GT..

But it's hard to call in an account if you don't know the GT or the email or the billing.. soooo
 
You random, have him change his gamertag from HIS main console and you turbo it.
