You can't swap banned tags anymore.

Not correct at all. If you do not have a method to swap it, i suggest you do not buy. Swapping banned tags is completely different.

The only way of swapping banned tags was the Zune method. That was patched. I'm pretty sure you can't use the livegames to swap a banned tag.

there is no way to swap banned tags anymore. only a few people know about a new one
