Gamer tag Inquiry

So I am currently about to purchase a $250 GT, which I find quite attractive. Now my current xbox has had one permanent account ban on it, so it is one ban away from a console ban. I will not be doing anything which could get the GT I am about to purchase banned, however if another account gets banned and I get console banned, will the tag I am speaking of get banned? Furthermore, would signing in the tag to my xbox have any negative affect on the tag? Thank you for any and all replies.

Nothing with happen to the account if your console does get banned. Last time I checked you needed 3 acc permbans before your console gets banned so I think your fine. I may be wrong though.
