Tags just don't get banned. Log into the email and check if someone filed a UA on it. If there was a UA filed on it then the guy who had it before you tried taking it back so they just banned it.

File a scam report on the user that sold it to you then. If the account was banned for the reason of unauthorized access, then someone filed a UA about it being jacked and so they just banned it.
