Frozen fish lives upon defrost?

Basically as the title says, I am wondering if anyone knows if its true or not. If a fish gets frozen it will swim off and live after being defrosted. I have never heard that its a myth always people saying its true. Anyone have some evidence that they live?

Sounds very interesting, not something i would try. But i think the fish could live depending how long he is frozen for.
