frost dragons

i saw a couple of people say frost dragons are good for money/xp?

I'm a pure (in the making) and i'm woundering whats the best stats i need to fight the dragon? also is there a hiding place i can go and range/mage?

also were are they!?

I have seen a Maxed pure there.. You definately need Mage Protection Armour, 85 Dung.. A Stab weapon and a Cannon helps too.. You dont get too much xp but i belive its like 4m per hour for money..
