Some things from my experience.

FWB is amazing in the moment.
You can flirt and fuck as many other girls as you like, the freedom is great.

The downside to this, is that you may develop feelings for her OR get jealous when you see them with someone else.
This is the forked road, either, you start dating, or you have to remove her from your life.
From my experience, it's extremely hard to keep things going as friends when you have feelings for them, and if she isn't interested in a relationship, it's unlikely things will work out.
