I got a friend in the Philippines.
He has been fired of his low paying job.
His low paying job, was good for around the $100 amount.
He has a full family, girlfriend & baby to take care off.
He needs around 16 euros for a vaccine for his kid.
I need to find a way to get it in his bank account.
The problem: I don't have a verified PayPal, and he doesn't have PayPal.
How can I transfer the money from an unverified PayPal to a bank?
If I need to be verified: I can't.
My verified one is limited.
If needed, I hope someone offers me to send him that money.
Any suggestions?
