You can send out mass emails with your phisher link inside, and phish account's.

That is the main thing these email's are sold for, but other than that I am not to sure.

Just because it says fresh emails, doesn't mean they have been used. While the seller might be able to truthfully say they are fresh(referring to freshly gathered), there is no way to be able to say they are unused.
