this video is like 5 yrs old, i remember i used to watch it all the time when it had only 100k views.

But anyway, I love parkour, I don't do it myself though.

I'll post a good video in a sec,I'll edit this post. And also I totally love Parkour/Freerunning I used to do it a little bit,but didn't had the motivation to keep on going I have an IRL friend who's pretty good.

I did years ago, but it's not really something you can just be good at, you gotta go upper body strength and learn properly, suppose i was just lazy.

i HAD video, but my fag friend deleted it to make more room when we did sparkler bombs -.- It's fun though, great excersise, i'm mainly goot at vaults and tic tac's, scaling etc.

I use to try to vaults, i could only do the basic one, was too scared to do harder ones.

I like'd what they do They "kong" vault ? or just running up buildings and shit. My fav is the frontflip off running up a building
