you cant vouch for making free sigs -.- a payment would have to be made in order for you to get a vouch

Nah Free vouches are allowed too. Like Free services(MM, Powerleveling, Questing, etc.)

no. vouches for signatures that come free are not allowed. It requires no trust, therefore it is agaisnt the rules to recieve a vouch. MM, powerleveling, etc. require trust of some sort, so those do work. This has been a rule since forever, lol
