Forum Issue.

I'm trying to connect to a forum but I can't but when I get on a VPN it connects fine. My IP isn't banned from the forum I know for sure. Why is this.

The VPN is set to another IP in my country so its not that.

And do you have any firewall restrictions or stupid fucking antiviruses. They tend to block none certified sites.
