Forum Issue - 8th Feb

Today, at 6:30pm (GMT 0), we had an issue with the forums theme and layout.

The theme stylesheets were whipped clean after an admins poor internet connection caused a saving of a stylesheet to fail. This resulted in all contents of the stylesheet to be cleared. The templates were also damaged at the same time.

Because of this problem, the forum was closed until a resolution could be found. A previous theme of CyberTechForums was put in the place of the original theme.
During the time the old theme was in place. Admins worked to re-create the original theme as spending time downloading an looking through backups would be too long.

The theme is now back in place, some aspects of the theme may be slightly differnet to that of the previous version, but when we do finally get hold of the stylesheet file, we shall restore what is required.

Thats annoying. Im glad you got it sorted though.
I was wondering why there was a strange message on the forums earlier today.

Yep, the layout was in such a state the closed message I usually use couldnt be seen.

It's weird though Bleeps, when you had that index.html uploaded, I went to index.php and the forum was online, and it looked completely normal. No template problems at all.

Yer I had been rebuilding the theme while that .html was online.
I then thought it might be a better idea to use a older theme while I fix the other one.
