This story below is of my footballing this year.
Quite long, so if you just want to give some advice with eating habits, skip to the bottom.
Anyway, this is the part where I request advice.
I feel as if my training and fitness is all going well, but I overeat :\
I eat so much every day, on a normal daily basis I eat; 2 bowls of cereal, a pack of chips or crackers, 2 sandwiches, 2 pieces of fruit, cookies (or another small snack) and dinner (normally salad with a different serving of meat every night) I drink plenty of fluids (water) and possibly more food. Sometimes even 3 bowls of cereal a day.
I consider myself to be reasonably fit. But I could lose 1-3 kg or so.
Any advice on how to reduce my eating habits?

So I just started to get serious with my sporting (A.F.L). I travelled to W.A to play against a team called Kingsley (It's an event that happens every year between a team from our league and the team Kingsley from theirs) It was an under 16's (u16's) team, I played with other members from different teams within the same district over there, anyway.
On the trip I was poached (not really, I just got asked to play) and the club I was currently playing at is a sh*t hole. So I moved to this club, the training here is actually worth while showing up to + it's just a well orientated team.
So we have this thing called inter league. It's like a football carnival, each team that enters represents a team from a different league of football (my team was Traralgon district and there were; Mid Gippsland, Sale, Warragul and Bairnsdale) we played 4 games over 2 days. Anyway, this year was my first year that I made inter league. I played mid field (pretty self explanatory... I assume s
and the Gippsland Power scout was circling down the names for those that Gippsland might decide they want for a team. (Gippsland Power is practically the thing you get noticed from to go play actual A.F.L)
While at inter league, we were told that there would be this "all stars" game. Which is where, 9 players from each team can be chosen by their coach to play in this game. This game is a "curtain opener" for the Gippsland Power game, but it's also another chance to get noticed by the coaches for Gippsland Power. So, inter league started Tuesday and Finished Wednesday. On Wednesday night I received a call from my coach telling me I'd be playing in the All Stars game. (Quite excited)
So this year would have to be the biggest year of my footballing career.
Trip to W.A > New club > Inter league > All stars > Possibly Gippsland Power
