I'm honestly the same way. I have set off the smoke detectors in my apartment 3 times in the last year from overcooking things... So awful. My girlfriend is also Spanish. She's an amazing cook. So I don't normally make very many large meals. But the only thing I could suggest is Ramen or Ham & Cheese sandwiches. :\

Homemade Tacos
Chicken Stuffing Green Bean Sour Cream Casserole (We call it C&S Casserole)
Pasta Alfredo Primavera

When I was in hs I consumed a lot of it and it really slowed me down.

Instead I make peanut butter, fluff, and sliced banana sandwiches.

I love Nutella, I bake with it often.
It makes a magical fucking pastry, that's for sure.

I actually make really good desserts, and enjoy it more than cooking meals.
