EDIT: It seems that the upgrade forums haven't been added back yet. It should be added back soon.

Actually, I just talked with Philly, and the upgrade forums are there, they just aren't called the Onyx or Power forums. The forums under the Private tab are the upgrade forums (besides groups stuff).
