The fastest exp would be fly fishing by Rasolo, it's even faster than shilo as it eliminates banking.

Eh if your looking for quick xp I did trout and salmon (dropping) gained like 40k+ xp/hr Did this from 70-86 on f2p. Don't know any quick p2p methods.

If you plan on dropping it then it may be smarter to find some low level that's willing to run back and fourth to the bank if he gets to keep his 'precious' raw food.
You may need two of them, they really aren't that hard to find.

I recommend fly fishing at barbarian village, I did this and went all the way from 1-87 fishing on a different account. It's really fast experience, and if you do it in a f2p world you can eliminate banking.

do the quest shilo village if you haven't, and fly fish there. it is MUCH faster.

Since you are a member I recommend doing this at shilo, and bank the fish because you will get major profit, whenever I get members again, I can show you exactly where to do this, alas, I also recommend fishing monkfish if you can, also good experience.

If shilo is the best place i will get 35+ agility so i can do the quest and do it there.. So fly fish at shilo is the best place?
