http://prntscr.com/483m0z (Gotta zoom in) This bit looks really dodgy. Just how its a full black it stands out from the rest of the UB. The text doesn't seem centred to me so that kinda annoys me too. I do like the look of the UB though.

Make it stand out more, it looks really flat and undesirable to me. Its good for first time though.

I don't like the text and it looks blurry when in fact it's just not detailed.
Throw in small little things behind the text and on the sides and it'll look a lot nicer.

This is a very nice design, i am very proud and i like it a lot.
