They are pretty nice. You should just scale the down a little bit and add some type of boarder.

Yeah, you've got a bit to work on such as the size, fonts, images...etc.

Possibly round the edges too, so that they seem a bit smoother.

another suggestion, you should make it have no background by making it a .png

They just need to be smaller. Then add some differnt colors for the backround.
