Firecape - Range Levels

i was thinking about going for a firecape and I have 76 range what do you recommend I lvl up to and what armor should i wear

Defence, prayer, and hp level?

80,70,89 in that order

People do it with 65 range sometimes. it depends on how well you can accomplishment it.

I always run out of supply's at around like wave 30'ish though because it takes to long to KO the magic dog things.

lol i never bothered trying because i know i won't have the patience for it.

I've tried 3 times and then I died or either lagged out.

Make sure you have more than enough supplies for fight caves.
Just train to 70 range so that you can use black dragonhide and you'll hit a bit higher, making the caves go by faster.

I did it with similar stats but a little higher range level. Make sure you use the best equipment you can, keep the wave list open in the backround of your SK or bot client or w.e so you know what monsters to expect. Make sure you have the correct ratio of brews to super restores also. And watch a few youtube vids on how people do the traps and deal with certain combos of monsters.

Tbf when I last attempted I didn't really know how to use brews.

I thought it was 3 to one personally some people say 2 to one though

4 to 1 if you want to get the most out of your restores, and have you tried bringing an sgs? it helps ALOT

I didn't have the bank at my last attempt , ill try for another cape , does a regen brace help in-between rounds?

Ya you should definitely bring a regen. every little health point counts

Also another question is armadyl better then the karils and verac people use ?

Veracs is good for the prayer bonus. I like using verac skirt and helm, with karils top. But arma top has better range atk and mage def I think so you should use that if you can

So full armadyl is great ?

I would rather have verac skirt and helmet for the prayer bonus and range defence bonus
