Defence, prayer, and hp level?
 
People do it with 65 range sometimes. it depends on how well you can accomplishment it.
 
lol i never bothered trying because i know i won't have the patience for it.
 
Make sure you have more than enough supplies for fight caves.
Just train to 70 range so that you can use black dragonhide and you'll hit a bit higher, making the caves go by faster.
 
I did it with similar stats but a little higher range level. Make sure you use the best equipment you can, keep the wave list open in the backround of your SK or bot client or w.e so you know what monsters to expect. Make sure you have the correct ratio of brews to super restores also. And watch a few youtube vids on how people do the traps and deal with certain combos of monsters.

4 to 1 if you want to get the most out of your restores, and have you tried bringing an sgs? it helps ALOT
 
Ya you should definitely bring a regen. every little health point counts
 
Veracs is good for the prayer bonus. I like using verac skirt and helm, with karils top. But arma top has better range atk and mage def I think so you should use that if you can
 
I would rather have verac skirt and helmet for the prayer bonus and range defence bonus
