It was so long and boring. I think I did alright though. I studied my ass off the week and weekend before. I will be really disappointed if I do bad; I don't want to retake :(

What did/do you guys think about it?

This is a pretty young community so not many people have taken it yet.

Define bad for you...my friend was mad he got a 27 because he needs a 32 for a full ride. I take mine in april, really anything above a 25 i will be happy with.

I signed up for the SAT and ACT today. I've taken a mock sat/act test and also the psat. Going to be a blast.

Good luck

You should go to the library and check out an ACT book and do the practice tests out of that. Helped me quite a bit.

Finally done with all 3 tests.

Tuesday I had ACT (4 Hours Long)
Wednesday I had something called WorkKeys (Dumb questions to see if were ready for the workplace) (3 Hours Long)
Thursday took the MME (Test for only in Michigan) (2 hours and 30 minutes long)

In order of difficultly
ACT > MME > WorkKeys

I made a 17 on mine :/

What is a ACT never heard of them (UK here)

Test in the US that all colleges look at. Pretty much if you do really good, you can get into a good college.

So it's like a HSC. Australia if you wanna get in a good school you need to get at least 90%

I guess

ACT scores your test out of 36 and the average it think is the high teens.

Is it like information you have to know?

The ACT, you need to like know how to solve the problem. Just you don't really need to know any information.

I got a 29, with writing on my 3rd try, got a 21 my first time :) I would recommend learning methods to taking it, for example if you don't know the answer to the question just fill in a consistent letter, for example "b". This will increase your chances of getting all the ones you guessed on correct.

IMO if you used deductive reasoning to eliminate the answers that aren't right, it would be better than just full blown guessing.
