Finally got an Effigy!

I got it off a cockroach Soldier. About 1 Effigy in every 2k Kills. This is my First Effigy. No RoW was used. (I get my Kill/Drop ratio from a friend that was on a different world killing them with me, He got like 3 effigys in about 7.2k kills...)

Kill lots of dragons. Metal, and black dragons drop them a lot more frequently then others.

Did effigies become rarer to get? When I had my old main I always had lots of effigies. I'd be botting slayer overnight wake up with like 1-4 of them. :/

They're not really rare.

Update: Got another, Under 200 (two hundred) kills, Wearing a RoW. (Also got 100 cmb on my main! Yay!) Was a 91 fletching starved, So free 15k fletching xp, Anyone with 93+ RC wanna help me out?
