The owners aim is Utah....Yes, It is permabanned. The old user Goop on HF had this tag. He had godly tags. Ex. Skrillex, Measure, Envelope, Skittle, Fend, Action, etc... He had like 50 more godly tags like that and his console got permabanned. Fend got banned with the console. Hope I helped enough said.
