Sableye, hands down. My first ever pokemon that I got to lvl 100 in Emerald.
Other than him, Blaziken is pretty badass too.
I still play Emerald to this day.

Here's my current party:

(Only have Tentacool in there because he knows surf, dive, waterfall and cut, those are 4 HM's and they come in handy during certain parts of the game.)
