Arcanine is actually listed as a legendary, it just... Isn't. I don't know, it's base stats are outrageous. Anyway, Eevee isn't bad, I like Jolteon.

I used to own the tumblr urls latias, rayquaza, hydreigon, and houndoom. Just a few of my favorites. My main favorite is Arcanine or Umbreon but I love hydreigon and sylveon so much too.
