But CS1.6 is basically a HF1 mod.

Yer basically they have changed the skins, weps etc. But it uses the same code.

And CS isnt a SinglePlayer game, its an online game played by thousands.

Yer, but the didnt need to make the game again.

All you do is make maps and change the skins. I made a really crappy mod a few years back.
