I believe the father shouldn't be charged, Son or stranger, if I seen someone doing this to someone, I'd do the same thing.

You read or typed this wrong. What happened was the father walked in on his son being molest and he beat the shit out of him(molester). And no he shouldn't if someone is causing harm to my family member they should be lucky i didnt blow his nuts off. Fuck that pervert.

I would have beat the fuck out of my kid, but then again he would never have even done that, raise your kid right get your shit togethor.

Its alright. But yea if someone is molesting my son or daughter i would go crazy . I say id kill someone , but it would take a lot for me to actually kill someone. But this would be the instance . I would have shot him dead.
 
The father should have used what force necessary to detain him until authorities arrived. Beating him to a pulp was blatantly unjust and unnecessary. I understand why he did what he did to him, however, that doesn't justify his violence.
 
No charges should be brought to the father. I mean I don't know of anyone that wouldn't do the same for there son.
 
I don't feel as if the father should be charged. However, his violence is still unjustifiable. We can't be making exceptions.
 
The father isn't going to be charged, I just read a article about it.
 
If i had a son and i walked in on someone doing that to him, he'd be dead.
