Terms:

Yeah I agree with FK. It would be even better if you could buy yourself Onyx as that will make you look more legit. Moreover there is a discount going right now. :)

Well your history and rep doesn't exactly help your cause does it? People would be idiots to deal with you. You don't really have anything to lose.

Everyone has the right to have a thread like this. It doesn't matter what your forum account looks like.. rep or no rep, posts or no posts... upgraded or not.. everyone is allowed to post a FREE SERVICE to help others. People may not use it, but that is no reason to mock him and bitch about it.
