once i finish my 2 years at community college im going to try and get into FIT, im hoping to get into their menswear program and study abroad in Milan.Emotion said:these threads are interesting to me because fashion is one of my primary interests.
I always have to have a nice outfit on whenever I go out somewhere (I really hope most people do too). I shop at many different stores (online usually) for my clothes, also planning to study fashion designing in the future. dressing nice is v important
speaking of post fit i was planning on making a WDYWT thread for people to post their daily fits but i doubt anyone would do it on heremeow░w░w▒w▒w▓w▓ said:yo talk shit post fit do it faggot you won't

I've looked into FIT, also LIM and Parsons but I'm pretty sure parsons is expensive af because I think it's a private school. so many good designers have gone there though so I'm assuming it's worth it if you have the money.kyle said:once i finish my 2 years at community college im going to try and get into FIT, im hoping to get into their menswear program and study abroad in Milan.
my whole thing is that i dont want to be stuck working at a job i hate for my whole life, so i want to pursue something that i enjoy which is fashion. and im planning on starting to make clothes whenever i get a job and get a stable cash flow that doesnt come from the internet and can do things without worrying about running out of money. maybe towards the end of summer next year ill be making clothes and what notmeow░w░w▒w▒w▓w▓ said:i have wanted to and still want to go to school for it, but idk i feel that i shouldn't and prob won't : /

I don't buy bape and supreme to "fit in," i buy their clothes because they generally interest me and i am into that style. I also am a fan of Uniqlo's clothing because it is very minimalistic but has very nice fabric and is easy on the eyes, I just bought a button down from there a few days ago and its one of my favorite shirts because it's the most comfortable button down shirt i've ever owned.
I hate people who think spending a shitload of money on LV or Gucci belts is "fashion" because it's from a well known brand. If you spend all of your money on one expensive article of clothing you'll look like an asshole wearing a bape hoodie with your dads blue wrangler jeans and some beat up nikes
I personally like designer belts, because they will last you for a long time, and they add a special flair to your outfit. I agree with you on that level, though. If you're financially unstable, and can't afford more expensive items, than you should probably not be splurging on such insignificant things, and rather put the money into other areas of your wardrobe, or into savings.kyle said:adding onto this thread
