False accusations of being a multi

Is this allowed? my 3 most recent negs (2 were revenge negs) all say that apparently im a multi. No evidence whatsoever.

I'm asking not because of the negs itself but because they may hurt future sales etc I have on this forum. I'd be happier with different reasons.

Thanks for all the replies. I don't understand how calling somebody a scammer without evidence is not allowed but calling somebody a multi is. If a buyer can believe the reputation to be legitimate they will also think that I'm a scammer. @Fedoras
