Facebook gone by March?

Well I was browsing through the web when I came across this article. It states that Facebook will shut down on March 15th, 2011.

I personally think its a very bad idea as there are millions of users world wide already.

Yeah, that doesn't sound right. Facebook is worth too much money, making too much money, and has too many members to shutdown on such short notice.
