Jacking an employees gamertag isn't like some random gamertag, namely because they are an employee. Microsoft isn't some fucking Toy Store, they have internal policies and security policies that have to be followed. The only way to get into a gamertag is an email, so the employees email was taken. This creates a huge issue for Microsoft. He could be storing his VPN login, CAP login or anything inside or linked to that email. It's not just another Xbox player, it's someone who has access to stuff they don't want idiots getting access too. It's a lie to say Microsoft treats players as they do employees, but everything is handled. Microsoft doesn't just ignore people, that'd get them in trouble. An employee is a lot more important than anyone else on Xbox, so they get priority.

Also, to anyone calling Microsoft stupid or thinking they'll unban you, get over yourself. You broke their terms of service and they acted accordingly. Stop breaking their terms of service, and they won't have any reason to ban you. Though, they don't need a reason, lol.
