There is tons out there, they're not rare on HF.

You can't actually use these though, because there is no mailbox to get mail, I have a ton of fbi.gov emails as well, there is really no point in them so like $1-$2 at max

No he is right, ever since someone released the tutorial on how to do it, everyone has made a lot of them.

You can use FBI emails. lol. You can make them usable with any email service you choose. Such as Gmail, Outlook, LIVE, etc.
