Someone on HF said he has a method to delete a hotmail,so you could delete a alt email on a account,remake it and jack the tag.
I don't know if it's true,but I am pretty sure it was Phobia because of the vid he uploaded

edit;also,there is a glitched linked,that if clicked it would close your account,I know this is legit since I tested it out,though it was like 4-5 months ago,
