How secure are these, would it be wise for me to use one of these as my permanent IRL email or are the chances of it getting jacked high?

Just use gmail. You can keep it secured, as well as having the most useful features.
Your IRL email shouldn't be of all too high risk anyway, though.

Ive had "dr*[email protected]" (yoU), for awhile now and i havent been jacked or attempted to get my account password reset. i get loads of random ass emails tho

I recommend just using Gmail.com @'glitch' got one of his emails stolen when he was trying to deal.

I am doing the same thing you are and I've had no problems. Just don't boast about your IRL email online.
