Ebay Refunds?

How do i refund bay sellers, (high rep sellers)?

I'm pretty sure you can't re-refund sellers from my understanding from what you wrote. Maybe send it to their PayPal?

If you're a seller and want to refund a buyer, simply log on PayPal and click the transaction and you'll find a box saying 'refund payment'.

Contact PayPal and they might do it for you, I'm 60% sure they would

If you're trying to refund due to the fact that you just want your money back, good luck. If the product you received wasn't as described, contact eBay and explain your problem.

You're not going to get your money back on a product you purchased unless you didn't receive what you paid for.
