I've had Idungeon pro for about 2 weeks, and I started with 1 dung, 30 attack and str, and all on a 1 def pure
in 2 weeks (not every day, not 24/7. look at the total time on my siggy) it has gotten me:
(Note: This acc is my main, and is also a claw pure for wild pking that is in progress)
from 30 attack to 60 attack
from 30 str to 71+ str
from 1 Dungeoneering to 75+ dungeoneering
from 1 cooking to 60+ cooking
and other small things... (smithing/agility/thieving/constitution/etc...)
I think it was a great investment. I got all that and dung exp and all those stats up. It started very very slow with those stats, but it sped up fast. Idungoen has a very low/almost zero chance of getting your account banned. To go with that, it leveling your dungeoneering and you getting your dung items you want, it will also level whatever combat skill you have it set to level, along with very little bits here and there of other skills that are necessary to complete each dongeon.
9.5/10 for idungeon pro.

sometimes, like for me, it is necessary to reset your prestige. In fact, i've simply watched my bot go strait out of a dungeon, leave the party, rejoin the party, and then reset the prestige. Can't be helped for the lower level accounts doing Idungeon
