Anyone got the required smithing and mining level to Mine Katogen or Katagen or something like that, I need a Katogen rapier. Please reply or pm if you could do this.

How long would something like this take to do? If it doesn't take long, I'll gladly do it because I have 99 mining. But, I'm kind of busy right now and if it takes long, I won't be able to do it right now.
