Dumbass fucking neighbour

I recently got some new neighbours and realised shits keep popping up on my lawn, they have a large dog so I thought it was just their dog shitting on the lawn. I went next door to confront the guy about it several times but got no answer. I gave him a week, it was still happening, and I never got a chance to catch up with him.

When sitting on the sofa tonight I noticed my automatic light come on outside the window, meaning something must be on the lawn. I thought to myself, this is the final fucking straw and I'm gonna catch that fucking dog. To my surprise, I looked out the window to see the guy from next door squatting on my lawn taking a huge shit! I hit on the window and ran outside straight after, when I got there he was gone and there was a huge shit on my lawn yet again. I hopped the fence into his garden and stood hitting on his door for 5 minutes, I got no answer.

What do you guys think I should do about this? I mean, I'm going to beat the shit outta the guy anyways once I catch him.

I've been sat up in my house watching over the dog on the guys lawn. When he realised the dog had stopped barking he came rushing out his house to find it there on the lawn, he gave it mouth to mouth resuscitation and the dog got up within a few seconds/ a minute or two.

There's no need to worry about his dog any more, however, I will still be beating that guys ass first thing tomorrow morning.
